8K Miles Software Services Ltd approves allotment of Bonus Shares

The Board of Directors of 8K Miles Software Services Ltd at its meeting held on October 15, 2016, have allotted 7629401 Bonus Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five Only) each, in the ratio of 1:3, i.e., 1 (One) new Bonus Share for every 3 (Three) equity shares held by the shareholders in the Company whose names appeared in the list of Register of Shareholders/ Beneficial Owners as on Record date, i.e. October 13, 2016.

Pursuant to the aforesaid allotment, the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-up Share Capital of the Company increased to Rs. 15,25,88,025/- divided into 3,05,17,605 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each from Rs. 11,44,41,020/- divided into 2,28,88,204 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.

Shares of 8K MILES SOFTWARE SERVICES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.793.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 821.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15384 in over 956 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 818 and intraday low of 789.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12378369.
