Ramkrishna Forgings to convert warrants into shares

Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 27, 2007, has allowed the conversion of 129310 warrants into 129310 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 116 per Share to M/s. Basuki Portfolio (P) Ltd, Promoter group Company.
