Tech Mahindra Ltd allots 58064 shares through Circular Resolution of Securities Allotment Committee

Tech Mahindra Ltd has announced about the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on October 12, 2016 for issue and allotment of a total of 58034 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants.

20000 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006 and 28734 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013.

1800 equity shares were alloted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2014 and 7500 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU.

Shares of TECH MAHINDRA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.421.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 419. The total number of shares traded during the day was 123727 in over 2581 trades.
