Rolta India Ltd approves allotment of 99965 Equity Shares under Employee Stock Option Plan

The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Rolta India Ltd at its meeting held on October 12, 2016 has allotted 99,965 equity shares under Employees Stock Option Plan.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands 16,34,03,888 equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid up aggregating to the paid up Capital of Rs. 163,40,38,880/-.
