Supreme Holdings allots 25 Lakhs shares at Rs.30

Supreme Holdings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 26, 2007, has allotted 25,00,000/- Equity shares having face value of Rs 10/- fully paid up at a price of Rs 30/- i.e. at a premium of Rs 20/- per share to certain investors.
