Yes Bank Ltd allots 622705 Shares pursuant to exercise of options

Yes Bank Ltd has allotted 6,22,705 (Six Lakh Twenty Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Five) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on October 07, 2016 under the JESOP IV, JESOP V, PESOP I and PESOP II - 2010.

The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,21,65,92,130 consisting of 42,16,59,213 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,22,28,19,180 consisting of 42,22,81,918 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of YES BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1279.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1275.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 82412 in over 2411 trades.
