Bajaj Electricals Ltd approves allotment of 89100 Equity Shares on exercise of Options granted under ESOP

The Share Allotment Committee of Bajaj Electricals Ltd at its 35th meeting held on October 10, 2016 allotted 89,100 equity shares of Rs.2 each, fully paid-up, in the Company to 17 Employee Stock Option Grantees on their exercise of options granted under ESOP.

Post this allotment, the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-up Capital of the Company now comprise of 10,11,77,176 equity shares of Rs.2 each fully paid up amounting to Rs.20,23,54,352/-.
