Sunil Hitech Engineers Ltd Board to consider Bonus Issue

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Sunil Hitech Engineers Ltd is scheduled to be held on October 11, 2016, to consider, discuss and approve the issue of Bonus Shares to the Members of the Company and the issue of convertible warrants to the Promoters and Non-promoters.

The Board will also approve the conduct of Postal ballot for the above purposes.
