Majesco Ltd allots 59379 Equity Shares on exercise of ESOP

At a meeting of Investor Grievances and Stakeholder Relationship Committee on October 07, 2016, 59379 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each (Face Value) were allotted to employees who exercised their vested options under Majesco Ltd's Employee Stock Option Schemes. The said shares will rank pari- passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.

Resultantly, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to 2,33,07,779 Equity Shares amounting in aggregate to Rs. 11,65,38,895/-.
