The Banking and Securities Management Committee as empowered by Shriram City Union Finance Ltd's board of directors in its meeting held on October 07, 2016 allotted 1,000 Secured Non Convertible Redeemable Debentures of face value of Rs. 10,00,000 each aggregating to Rs. 1,00,00,00,000 (one hundred crores) to two investors of the Company.
