NIIT Ltd approves allotment of 12362 shares under the ESOP Scheme

The Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of NIIT Ltd has allotted 12,362 (Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Two) Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to the employees of the Company in accordance with the terms of ESOP-2005.
