Indiabulls Ventures Ltd allots 350000 Equity shares pursuant to exercise of stock options

On October 05, 2016, Indiabulls Ventures Ltd, has issued and allotted 3,50,000 (Three Lacs Fifty Thousand) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, to an eligible employee upon exercise of options vested in his favour under - 'Indiabulls Ventures Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2008'.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 58,68,31,304/- divided into 29,34,15,652 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
