Vedanta Limited approves issue of NCDs worth Rs. 1250 crores

The Committee of Directors of the Board of Directors of Vedanta Ltd in their meeting held on September 30, 2016 have approved Issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures upto Rs. 1,250 Crores.

Shares of Vedanta Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.191.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 187.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1738813 in over 12187 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 192.8 and intraday low of 188.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 331706309.
