Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd announces issue of Non-Convertible Debentures

The Debenture Allotment Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd at its meeting held on October 04, 2016, has approved the issue of Rated, Listed, Secured, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value Rs. 10,00,000 (Rupees Ten Lakhs) each aggregating to Rs. 200,00,00,000 (Rupees Two Hundred Crores) with a green shoe option/option to retain over subscription for an additional amount of Rs. 100,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Crores) on private placement basis.
