Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd allots 31215 Equity Shares pursuant to exercise of stock options under various ESOP Schemes

On October 03, 2016, Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited ("the Company"), has issued and allotted 31,215 (Thirty One Thousand Two Hundred and Fifteen only) Equity shares of face value Rs, 21- each, to eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under different ESOP Schemes of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 84,38,54,142/- divided into 42,19,27,071 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.872.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 855.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 131890 in over 3825 trades.
