AXIS Bank Ltd allots 468425 Equity Shares Under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 4,68,425 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on October 03, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs, 477,95,17,326 (238,97,58,663 equity shores of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 478,04,54,176 (239,02,27,088 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
