The Working Committee of the Board of Directors of Satin Creditcare Network Ltd at its meeting held on October 03, 2016, approved the allotment of 4,529,970 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10 each to qualified institutional buyers at the issue price of Rs. 551.88 per Equity Share, aggregating to Rs. 249,99,99,843.60 (Rupees Two Forty Nine Crores Ninety Nine Lakhs Ninety Nine Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty Three and Paise Sixty Only).
