Capital First Ltd allots Non Convertible Debentures worth Rs. 250 crores

The Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd vide Resolution passed by Circulation on September 30, 2016, approved the allotment of Rated, Listed, Secured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs").

The Company has raised Rs. 250,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty Crores only) by issue of NCD's on private placement basis.

The Debenture Committee vide Resolution passed by Circulation September 30, 2016, has approved allotment of 2500 NCDs having Face Value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lacs Only) each.

The said NCDs shall be listed on National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

Shares of CAPITAL FIRST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.691.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 672.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 20999 in over 885 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 699.15 and intraday low of 672. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 14453649.
