Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd approves issue of Non-Convertible Debentures aggregating Rs. 475 crores

The Loans & Investment Committee of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd at its Meeting held on September 26, 2016, from 11:00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m., has approved issuance and offer of 4,750 Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable, 7.57% Non-Convertible Debentures of face value Rs. 10,00,000/- each ("NCDs"), at par, aggregating to Rs. 475 crores on private placement basis.

Shares of MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1379.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1409.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 42217 in over 3174 trades.
