BAG Films to consider preferential issue

BAG Films & Media Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 25, 2007, inter alia, to consider, Preferential Issue of Equity Shares and Warrants convertible into Equity Shares, subject to approval of shareholders in the General Meeting.
