HDFC allots 410035 equity shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

On September 23, 2016 Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has allotted 4,10,035 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees / director.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 316,79,67,380 consisting of 158,39,83,690 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
