HDFC Bank Ltd allots 3304300 Equity Shares under ESOP

On September 23, 2016, HDFC Bank Ltd has allotted 3304300 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 5084658834 equity shares of Rs. 2/-each to Rs. 5091267434 equity shares of Rs. 2/-each.

Shares of HDFC BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1313.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1307.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 119673 in over 1713 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1318.2 and intraday low of 1303. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 157205102.
