Indusind Bank Ltd allots 33605 shares under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme

Indusind Bank Ltd has allotted 33,605 (Thirty Three Thousand Six Hundred Five) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on September 22, 2016 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
