Restile Ceramics to increase authorised share capital

Restile Ceramics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 29, 2007, inter alia, to approve the convening of an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company on October 29, 2007 for increasing the Authorised Share Capital from Rs 100 crores to Rs 175 crores.
