Arihant Foundations to consider issue of convertible warrants

Arihant Foundations & Housing Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 01, 2007, inter alia, to issue 10,00,000 convertible warrants to promoters group and others.

The stock was trading at Rs.490, down by Rs.0.15 or 0.03%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.509.80 and low of Rs.480.35.
