Cubex Tubings to conver 11.70 Lakhs Warrants

Cubex Tubings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 22, 2007, inter alia, has decided to convert 11,70,000 Share warrants in to 11,70,000 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a Premium of Rs 38/- per share allotted to the Promoters & the persons other than Promoters.

The stock was trading at Rs.73, down by Rs.0.20 or 0.27%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.75 and low of Rs.72.

The total traded quantity was 5000 compared to 2 week average of 70792.
