Arvind Mills to consider issue of securities

Arvind Mills Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 28, 2007 inter alia to consider and approve the issue of Equity Shares / Fully Convertible Debentures / Partly convertible Debentures / Warrants Convertible into Equity Shares or any other financial instruments which would be converted into or exchanged with Equity Shares at a later date on Preferential basis in accordance with existing SEBI Guidelines.
