Capital First Ltd approves private placement of NCD issue

The Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd at its meeting held September 14, 2016, has approved a issue of rated, Listed, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of INR INR 75,00,00,000/- (INR Seventy Five Crores) plus Green Shoe Option of Rs. 150,00,00,000/- (INR One Hundred Fifty Crores) on private placement basis.

Shares of CAPITAL FIRST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.676.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 666.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21346 in over 958 trades.
