InterGlobe Aviation Ltd allots 264557 shares

InterGlobe Aviation Ltd has allotted 264,557 (Two Lakhs Sixty Four Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Seven) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (Rupees Ten Only) on August 24, 2016 to those grantees who had exercised their options under the InterGlobe Aviation Limited - Tenured Employees Stock Option Scheme 2015 in accordance with the terms set out in the scheme.
