Alphageo India to consider issue of warrants

Alphageo India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 28, 2007, inter alia, to consider issue of Warrants to Promoters, their associates, their family owned companies and companies under the same management, and if approved take appropriate actions thereof.
