Ramkrishna Forgings to consider conversion of 129310 warrants

Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 26, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the conversion of 129310 warrants into 129310 equity shares of Rs 10 each to M/s. Basuki Portfolio (P) Ltd, Promoter group.
