AXIS Bank Ltd allots 488845 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 4,88,845 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on September 12, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 477,78,98,936 (238,89,49,468 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 477,88,76,626 (238,94,38,313 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
