Bedmutha Industries Ltd allots 15 lakh shares

The Preferential Allotment Committee of Bedmutha Industries Ltd at its meeting held on September 06, 2016, has allotted 15,00,000 (Fifteen Lakh) Equity Shares at price of Rs 15.50 per equity share to its proposed allottees.

Further, the allotment of above Equity Shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company and shall be entitled to dividend and corporate benefits, if any declared by the Company after the allotment.

The meeting of Preferential Allotment Committee commenced at 5:00 P.M. and concluded at 07: 55 P.M.

Shares of BEDMUTHA INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.26.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 23. The total number of shares traded during the day was 132116 in over 877 trades.
