Granules India Ltd approves allotment of 130000 equity shares

The Share Transfer and Stakeholders Relationship Committee of Granules India Ltd at their meeting dated August 31, 2016 have approved to allot 1,30,000 equity shares in consequent to exercise of options under ESOP 2009.

Shares of GRANULES INDIA LTD.-$ was last trading in BSE at Rs.126.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 127.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 55414 in over 761 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 127.8 and intraday low of 125.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7010980.
