Ratnamani Metals to allot warrants to promoters

Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 20, 2007, has resolved to allot 4,50,000 convertible warrants to the Promoters at a price of Rs 950/- per warrant as per the Special Resolution under Section 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 passed by the shareholders in the 23rd Annual General Meeting held on September 07, 2007.
