Garware Offshore allots shares on conversion of warrants

Garware Offshore Services Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors on September 19, 2007, has allotted 4,74,925 fully paid up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each upon conversion of Warrants, allotted in the 2nd Preferential Allotment of the Company to the Promoters and Non-Promoters.

Consequent to the above allotment, all the Share Warrants allotted in the 2nd Preferential allotment of the Company are converted into Equity Shares.

The stock was trading at Rs.186.10, down by Rs.0.90 or 0.48%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.189.90 and low of Rs.185.25.

The total traded quantity was 1484 compared to 2 week average of 46641.
