Almondz Capital allots shares on preferential basis

Almondz Capital & Management Services Ltd has announced that pursuant to the terms and conditions of the preferential allotment of Equity Shares, the Committee of the Board of Directors (CoD) of the Company at its meeting held on September 19, 2007, has allotted 505900 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 51/- each to the following persons:

1. Innovative Money Matters Pvt Ltd: 260000 No of Shares

2. Dharmayug Investments Ltd: 245900 No of Shares
With the allotment of the abovesaid equity shares, the equity base of the Company shall increase from the present level of 9510000 (Nos) to 10015900 (Nos.) Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each. And consequently, the Paid-up Capital of the Company has increased from Rs 10,16,08,131/- to Rs 106667131/-.
