Almondz Global Securities allots shares on preferential basis

Almondz Global Securities Ltd has announced that pursuant to the terms and conditions of the preferential allotment of Equity Shares and Warrants of the Company, the Committee of the Board of Directors (CoD) of the Company at its meeting held on September 19, 2007, has allotted 1537500 Equity Shares of Rs 6/- each at a premium of Rs 74/- each and 1000000 warrants of Rs 6/- each at a premium of Rs 74/- each as per the following details:

No. of Equity Shares / Warrants : 1350000 Equity Shares & 1000000 Warrants

Name of Allottee : Dharmayug Investments Ltd

No. of Equity Shares / Warrants : 187500 Equity Shares

With the allotment of the abovesaid equity shares, the equity base of the Company is increased from the present level of 15996100 (Nos.) to 17533600 (Nos.) Equity Shares of Rs 6/ each. And consequently, the Paid-up Capital of the Company has increased from Rs 9,59,76,600/- to Rs 10,52,01,600/-.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.80, up by Rs.1.45 or 1.85%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.83.90 and low of Rs.78.50. The total traded quantity was 140300 compared to 2 week average of 188910.
