Hindalco Industries Ltd allots 128256 Equity Shares under ESOS

The Committee of Directors of Hindalco Industries Ltd vide their resolution dated passed on August 25, 2016 has allotted 1,28,256 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- to the optionees as detailed in the resolution, pursuant to the exercise of the options granted to the employee under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

Shares of HINDALCO INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.155.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 154.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1303799 in over 5072 trades.
