Sterlite Technologies Ltd approves allotment of 1778777 Shares under the Employee Stock Option Scheme

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Sterlite Technologies Ltd in its meeting held on August 23, 2016, has allotted 1778777 equity shares to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2010.

The aforesaid shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.

Shares of STERLITE TECHNOLOGIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.87.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 87.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 42310 in over 397 trades.
