Indusind Bank Ltd allots 143330 shares under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme

Indusind Bank Ltd has allotted 1,43,330 (One Lakh Forty Three Thousand Three Hundred and Thirty) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on August 24, 2016 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
