Polygenta Technologies Ltd approves conversion of 10155893 CCPS

The 1,01,55,893 Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) held by PerPETual Global Technologies Limited (Promoter of Polygenta Technologies Ltd) were converted into equal number of equity shares on August 23, 2016 on the expiry of 18 months from the date of allotment (i.e. February 24, 2015) of CCPS as decided at the Committee meeting held on August 23, 2016.
