Dabur India Ltd allots 63000 Shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Dabur India Limited in its meeting held on August 23, 2016 has allotted 27540 equity shares of the Company under the Dabur Employees Stock Option Scheme 2000.

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee has also forfeited 63,000 number of stock options granted earlier under the scheme.

With this allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company increased to Rs. 1,76,15,20,510/- divided into 1,76,15,20,510 equity shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each.

Shares of DABUR INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.291.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 295.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 46154 in over 1047 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 295 and intraday low of 290.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13473566.
