AXIS Bank Ltd allots 193315 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 1,93,315 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on August 22, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 477,64,05,976 (238,82,02,988 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 477,67,92,606 (238,83,96,303 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.580.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 588.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 256048 in over 8386 trades.
