Pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Employees Stock Option Scheme-2012 ("ESOS-2012") of Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd, the Company on August 19, 2016 has allotted total 2,15,181 equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each (consisting of 1,68,657 equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each at an exercise price of Rs.7/- per equity share, 44,271 equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each at an exercise price of Rs.6/- per equity share and 2,253 equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each at an exercise price of Rs.27.10/- per equity share). Post allotment of the said equity shares, the equity share capital of the Company would stand increased to 25,70,23,031 equity shares of Re.1/- each aggregating to Rs.25,70,23,031/-.
