Larsen & Toubro Ltd allots 180701 Shares

Larsen & Toubro Ltd has allotted 1,80,701 (One Lakh Eighty Thousand Seven Hundred one) shares on August 16, 2016 to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Ownership / Option Schemes.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
