PVR to issue 12,00,000 warrants

PVR Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 18, 2007, inter alia, has resolved the following:

1. To issue 12,00,000 warrants convertible into equity shares to one of its promoter Company viz. Priya Exhibitors Pvt Ltd.

2. To redeem 10,000,000, 5% Preference Shares of the Company.
