SREI Infrastructure to consider issue of securities

SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 19, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve issue of Equity Shares and / or Warrants convertible into Equity shares to the Promoter and / or Promoters Group on Preferential basis in accordance with the relevant SEBI guidelines for Preferential Issues.
