Indusind Bank Ltd allots 40930 shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme

Indusind Bank Ltd has allotted 40,930 (Forty Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on August 04, 2016 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Bank's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
