Syndicate Bank calls for Board Meeting on August 04, 2016

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Syndicate Bank is scheduled to be held on August 04, 2016, for considering issuance of equity shares of the face value of Rs.10/- each aggregating upto Rs.776 Crore by way of preferential allotment in favour of Government of India.

Shares of SYNDICATE BANK was last trading in BSE at Rs.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 76.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 289030 in over 1127 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 77.3 and intraday low of 74.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 21881184.
